You will be given a main question and two sub-questions. Each question comes with multiple choices you can select from. For each question, select all the correct choices.

A) The main referee typically ignores signals from the assistant referee. B) The main referee only considers signals from the assistant referee for offside decisions. C) The main referee uses signals from the assistant referee for both offside decisions and foul calls, but the interpretation varies based on the context of the game. D) The main referee only uses signals from the assistant referee for foul calls.
Sub-Question 1: How do assistant referees typically signal offside decisions during a football match? A) By raising their flag straight up and waving it. B) By blowing their whistle. C) By raising their flag at a 45-degree angle. D) By running towards the main referee.
Sub-Question 2: How do assistant referees typically signal foul calls during a football match? A) By raising their flag at a 45-degree angle. B) By blowing their whistle. C) By raising their flag straight up and waving it. D) By running towards the main referee.

For each question, provide the answer as a concatenation of the correct choices.
Separate the answers for the questions by comma.
For example, if the correct choices for the main question are A and C, for the first sub-question is D and for the second sub-question are B and D, your final answer must be "AC, D, BD".
