input

Let the answer to Question1 be X-Y-Z.

Question1: If the date for the day after yesterday in yyyy-mm-dd format is 1997-08-19, what is the date 1923 days from now in the same format? Your answer should be a date (for example, 2023-10-31).

Let X' = X - 1997, Y' = Y - 3, and Z' = Z - 6.

Use these values to solve Question2.

Question2: Location A is in the timezone PST, which is UTC -0800, and Location B is in the timezone EST which is UTC -0500. When the time in Location A is X':Y':Z' (24hr), what is the time in Location B? Your answer should include the day and the time. The day should be the number of days before/after the start day (use same_day if the answer is the same day), and time should be in 24-hour format. Some examples are +2, 21:08:10 or same_day, 07:04.
