question

In an experiment to study heat transfer, a metal box 35 in. long, 10 in. wide, and 3 in. deep, is propelled at a velocity of 73.3 ft/sec. The box has a surface tempera-ture of T_s = 145°F while the ambient air temperature is T_\infty = 35°F. Assume a turbulent boundary layer, and employ the same convective heat transfer coefficient for all sides of the box. Note that the bottom of the box is not exposed to air, and therefore will not lose heat. Calculate the rate of heat flow from the box.
